Conroe Equipment Sales will take no responsibility for additional charges of any kind that may incur related to, or involved with, the renting or acquisition of equipment of any kind necessary to unload items off of a delivering carrier's truck.
An additional $50.00 will apply to all residential deliveries of heavy-equipment.

Damaged or Inoperable Equipment
Damaged or inoperable equipment: Conroe Equipment Sales is not responsible for damaged or inoperable equipment. Any items received that are damaged or inoperable should be returned to the manufacturer under manufacturer's written warranty conditions. Warranty conditions are provided with all shipments. We only represent companies or supplier's that have excellent warranties.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect shipment at the time of delivery and refuse shipment if equipment is damaged. If the item appears to "not" be damaged, but looks as if there is a possibility of damage, customer should make a note of it on the acceptance slip when signing for shipment. If an item has been damaged during shipment and customer has already
accepted/received shipment, it is the cusomter's responsibility to file the claim with the shipping company.

Our Promise to you!!
If within 7 days of purchasing your equipment, you decide you don't like the product, you can return it to us and we'll reimburse you your full purchasing price, minus shipping & handling cost. Customer is responsible for both forward and return shipping costs as well. Customer wishing to return a product will be charged shipping to and from their location even though product was originally shipped via "Free Freight".
In some cases (depending on manufacturer) a 20% restocking fee may be charged. All returns must first be given "Return Authorization Number". Absolutely NO return will be accepted without and authorization number. Your account will be reembursed only after we have received the product back from the customer and inspected it for damage.
All returns must be:
In original packing or packaging
Product must not be damaged in any way.
Have original manufacturer's paperwork including manuals
There must be no missing parts or manuals from the product.
