The customer is responsible for all cost related to shipping. As such it is the customers responsibilty to remove the equipment from the delivery vehicle. Please let us know if yours is a Business or a Residential address. Do you have a dock or means to remove the equipment? You will most likely need a forklift, if you do not have one, please let us know if a "Dropgate Delivery Service" is required.
